I have a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in PC insurance agencies, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions. My mentorship role will be invaluable, especially with my relationship with Marsh Berry to enhance commission contracts and business development. My consulting strategies will work for you regardless of just taking your agency to the next level or preparing it for sale.

My track record of growing revenue and achieving successful acquisitions hopefully will be something we can come together on. Too many agency owners fail to employ strategies for making their agencies attractive to the right buyers that consequently diminishes their multiple opportunity when getting a buyout offer. I have significant experience with selling and acquiring agencies that can set your agency on a path to better multiples. To get multiples in the plus 3 to 8 range will require aggregation and working with a team of skilled professionals.
